Check the venders section here on the site. We have 3 venders that all do great work. What do you need to have done?

I use Scott at PPerformance, he is a vendor on this site and does excellent work.

Nice, one of these days I'd like to get some 4.10s. And +1 for any of the vendors on the site. Scott did my tune and the car runs well.

I had Scott do my gears last year. Then I kicked myself for waiting so long to get them.

I recommend my shop

Feel free to call to discuss what you'd like done.
And to add some shameless shop promotion, here is a quote that one of our customers posted on another Mustang forum:

I picked up my 2010 GT 500 yesterday from Rizza Racing Performance after they finished installing a new JLT intake with a bigger MAF and Rob Williams tune.
The performance gained was impressive, but to be more accurate, when I first got on it I was actually shocked at how much improvement there was. You expect a change after a custom tune, but it's like a totally different car. I've had other cars tuned at other shops with no where near the same results!
This is my second trip to Rizza Racing performance and it won't be my last. The work is professionally performed and all the details are complete. The costs are very reasonable and I believe better than the last shop I went to for performance work.
I highly recommend this shop for any upgrades you are considering!
