Well, lee since we are not going to have enough to make the night worthwhile, maybe we should just work on our cars. I'm suppost to get my shortblock today too, so it would allow me to get that assembled. I will call you a little later

Sorry, I can't make it either Lee. It kills me, but the car won't be done until the end of next week. They finished the body work last night and it goes to the service shop today for the new rearend, control arms, etc. I should have had them do the mechanical stuff first. I could have raced it with the body damage! Then I was going to at least put the Audi on the track for the first time however it now appears that it's "using" antifreeze... <slaps forehead> Not sure I want max her out on the track with that issue looming...

We'll be back in action for the next one though.

If it's "using" it by dropping it on the ground, It's definitely better not to come out. Good luck with the GT, JR, hope they make her right again for you.

Funny you should mention that... I was so pissed when I couldn't see it dropping anywhere (though I couldn't see any in the oil either) but last night when I pulled it off the driveway, I saw a good sized puddle of it. That was the happiest I think I've ever been to see a puddle of fluid under one of my vehicles. I hope to G-d it's just a hose or something...

As for the Mustang, I tell you what, you guys are going to have to put up with me gushing about O'Meara for a long time. So far they have done everything but roll out the red carpet for me... They done a LOT of things they didn't have to. With any luck, I'm going to end up with a car that is in better shape than before it got hit.

    Here ends my thread hijack....

Anyone have an extra pit pass if you guys go? Not sure I have the $$ to race but I could come watch & hang out.

Matt88LX... if you want to come down, I will help watch the boys if you go race or whatever!!!

Even though I don't race or pit with you guys, I would let you use mine, Lisa, but I'm going straight to the track from work and my pass is at home in Marylee's Exploder...sorry about that.
