i sold this car a couple months ago and the guy seemed shady at the time. anyways, he's modified the odometer and who knows what else. it had 117k miles when i sold it. he listed it as 80k. i know it's the same guy because of the phone number. spread the word to stay away

I flagged it too, but I say we all email him asking about it... And then when he says it's mileage call him out on it.... Or ask for a vin and pretend to run it through carfax...

That sux. I thought that the OBD of the newer cars is almost impossible to hack. Also, would the title not show a discrepancy?
But, you don't know nowadays what this asshat may do. Specialy if you've had him at your home.1985 SVO 2R

i've been emailing him and he finally responded. when i originally told him the motor had 90k on it, he now thinks i told him 80k. i explained not to advertise the car as having that mileage, but the motor having 90k is a reality. he got all butt hurt over it cause i said i had been flagging it and will continue until he's honest about it. either way, if he didn't mess with it... it's a solid car that i put together. but sold it to make some money as i bought it as a roller and put back together from another car. we'll see what happens, hopefully he'll correct his ad's
