I got a titled 89 shell this week. It's BARE but straight and rust free.

I knew going into this project that these are popular cars. Popular is an understatement. These thibgs are rampant. So many being parted and worked on and the ease of interchangeability between years makes it a no brainer for this ADHD positive guy.
....and you can still go nuts and fab up whatever the hell you want. Or find stock parts and bolt em up....

Check out my 1st #71 build, lotsa good info and pics. You have your work cut out, the one thing I learned piecing something together. Even though you may get all the parts to get it together, you spend a lot of time tracking down the correct brackets and nuts and bolts. That's what takes a lot of time because you don't know what you need until you start getting it together. G/L!

^, I agree with Rich. I took my car down to that level and still had a hard time putting it together, I had marked and saved every piece. Some things still got lost.
