If you got it, why not? You can get all kinds of power with just about any combo.

But, the cool factor of this project is higher than those.

I'm guessing 15,000, but i'm going high end every thing. The 400 hp is just for fun. No plans for track or drag. Just want it to be cool.

I guess if I was going for wow factor, I'd have to put my money into something older, like putting the coyote in a 67 fastback or something similar.

That is a cool project. $15k is a lot though. I have about $10k in my engine combo that puts down 500 RWHP with a S/C and a 302 based Dart Sportsman block. I get about 18 mpg on the highway cruising. 2-3 mpg if my foot is in it much.

Yea, but then you'd have to upgrade everything around it. But what else is new, I'd be happy if my 65 was running with a plane jane roller 302. One of these days...

lol, better than my 408 stroker. Although it made 430whp, it got 6mpg if i was nice to it and at the track would drink just under 1 gallon of gas in a 1/4 mile pass, lol.

I've been following his thread and I think it is a pretty cool project. SN-95's are almost like the foxbody in which you don't see them much anymore (especially 94-95). His thread isn't real detailed but he is doing a nice job so far.
