You could probably do it yourself. I used a Mittler Bros bender (90° Hydraulic Tube Bender - Hydraulic 90° Tube Bender - Tube Benders - Mittler Bros.) it worked great. I used it with the "bend it program" from Midmoracing. As for a notcher, I used one from Harbor freight, with a bit from Home Depot. I did have to center the pipe holder better on the notcher but it worked very well in my drill press.

Ive decided I'm going to be bending it my self. Im gonna order a jd 2 mmodel 32 bender with 3 dies. And then a jd2 notch master. The harbor freight one that I have sucks.
1800 bucks just for equipment...My Dyno is 1320 Foot Long...

Is that the manual bender, or hyd? What size tube are you using? (OD and wall)
Funny about the harbor freight notcher, I was surprised I only used one bit making my cage. Cant wait to see this get built.

It's a manual bender.
I will be using up to 1.625 0.083 wall chromoly. But there are bars that will be 1.5 .065 wall and 1.25 .083 wall. There are all kinds of different sizes. In that drawing I will color code some once I get it all drawn.My Dyno is 1320 Foot Long...

The tubing bender is scheduled to show up tomorrow, the dies, and the notcher too... And the chromoly comes on Wednesday... The chassis is starting!My Dyno is 1320 Foot Long...
