Thread: Volunteers needed for RMMR registration room

ColoradoStangs family:

We have been asked to volunteer in the registration room again this year at the RMMR event in June. As in years past, we will be handing out the registration envelopes. It is a very fun, easy and rewarding job. Each year I do it, I have my kids there to help and they absolutely love it and look forward to it.

With that said, we need volunteers to help run the room. We will need people both Thursday June 16th and Friday June 17th. It is ideal to have at least 2 people there for each block of time. Not only do you have some company but it can get a little busy at times.

Thursday June 16th:
11:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. = Scott (Mountain Mustang), Jim & Irene
5:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. = Becky, Dan, Elaine & Jaz (NCMCC) / Ken & Rhonda (4ZZS)

Friday June 17th:
6:30 a.m. - 8:30 a.m. = Steve & Tammy (steve-o/drivencrazy)
11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. = Lisa (Justa6) / Lenny (stangless)
5:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. = Matt (Areteracing) / Tim (gotvenm)
8:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. = Steve & Tammy (steve-o/drivencrazy) / Lawrence & Tami (NCMCC)


If you would like to work any of the above listed times, please post your name and contact number here. (if you don't want to post your contact number, please PM me that information). The contact information will only be used if you need assistance while you are working (i.e. it gets really busy) There are 2 times that are for 2 hours on Friday that can be split up if need be as well as the Thursday evening time.

*If you are volunteering, please be able to be at the registration room 10 minutes before the time you volunteer for to prep for opening. Thank you*

I will update this first post with all volunteer information as it comes in.

please also post if you are racing and what session you work and run in. If there is a name in the time frame you want to help out, please post up anyway and we will get it all worked out.
