Thread: CS RMMR gatherings??? Or ideas

I will create an itenerary thread in a couple weeks with all the info to print.... but thought I would get ideas here for when to meet up?

Thursday - June 16th:
-Some of us will participate in the Scenic Mountain Tour.
Starting in the Meadows parking lot (where the racing happens).
Time: 1pm-4pm
(Should we have a meet-up spot beforehand and try to stick together?)

-Group BBQ Thursday evening???????????????? Not sure if we have enough people staying in one place for this this year? Any thoughts on this one? Hot tub???

Friday - June 17th:

AutoCross goes on all day... and I am sure a group of us will try to sit together and watch...

-The Hospitality/Social Party starts at 6:00pm at the Steamboat Grand Hotel. We will be wearing our ColoradoStangs TShirts to this dinner (if you have them)!!
-Meet out in front of the hotel at 5:45pm so we can go in as a group.
(Does this work?)

-We will most likely be hot-tubbin and hangin out somewhere afterwards.


Saturday - June 18th:

-12:00pm Autocross Awards presentation 8th St & Lincoln Ave - Anyone that would like to can join us for lunch. Just meet here if you want to do lunch and we will decide on a place when the awards are done. (Does this work? Or should we just pick a place and say lunch at 12:30 at... Beau Jo's or somewhere else?)

-After the show, ColoradoStangs will meet in the AutoCross Lot @ 4:00pm for pictures and then some people may go to Dinner afterwards

-We will most likely be hot-tubbin, and hangin out somewhere afterwards.

Sunday - June 19th:
-The Awards Breakfast at Steamboat Grand (if you paid for it) goes from 8:30am until 9:30am so those of us that did not pay for it will sleep in!

-We will meet out in front of the Grand hotel at 9:15am to go inside for the awards (starts at 10am). (WEAR COLORADOSTANGS SHIRTS)

-After the awards, we will do Breakfast/brunch at The Shack Cafe (740 Lincoln Ave). Then everyone who is leaving will caravan home.

ANY OTHER IDEAS???? IF SO POST THEM!!!!

How about Saturday breakfast downtown at Johnny B's or The Shack (they are next door to each other) ?? I will not get parked until a little after 9:15 or so, it might be a brunch for some of us. Both of our cars are in the last groups to get parked.

I like the idea of breakfast/brunch... like 930am? or 10? I vote for the shack... but whatever works... I know we will do the shack on sunday

then we could push lunch to 1pm????
