The autocross timing was off, my first place time wasn't a 44, it was a 7!

Man, I didn't know you guys got together for a group pic. Everything was a blast this year. And what was up with your autocross times? Didn't you get first place? I thought you said you were running in the low 50's?

I have no idea what was up with the autocross times. The sticky notes that I got were 54, 52, and two 51's. Then on Saturday they announced that my 1000hp car took first with a 44. I tried telling them that my times were low 50's at best and that there was no way that I got first, but their offical time sheet had recorded me at 44 and they said it is what it is.

IIRC, at 4:00 Saturday it was raining. When was the photo taken ??

Sweet pics! I will have to upload mine tonight. Did you get any videos of your auotcross runs? I have two of my runs on video but I look like I'm on a sunday stroll lol.

I thought something was wrong. That is a HUGE improvement!

Yeah, the Autocross was a bit out of whack with all the timing problems.

I placed 3rd in my class with a best time of 48.05, which is exactly what the timing clock said along with the sticky note I got at the end of the run. I was glad my first run at 53 was just me getting familiar with the course.

My very best run didn't count due to a timing problem. I pulled in to get my time slip and was told that I got a free run because of the timing error - I was cursing under my breath because I knew that was my best run and I probably wasn't going to match it. On my "official" best run, you could hear my wife in the video saying that I wasn't running as fast, but at least it was fast enough to get a plaque.

I'm bummed I forgot all about the group pic.
